Welcome to Lifecentre!

We are here to support survivors of rape and sexual abuse and their supporters. We trust this web site will be a positive start to giving you the hope and information you may need. Our services are for women and men, girls and boys of all ages and backgrounds.

We appreciate how difficult it can be to talk about rape or sexual abuse and to know where to turn to for help. We will do all we can as a team to be sensitive to your needs. We are here to listen, not judge. We would love to provide a safe space for you in which you can rebuild life.

If you are a survivor or wanting help in supporting a survivor you can use our helplines to talk through any aspect of what you have gone through and how it is affecting you. You can also see one of our specialist counsellors for up to 18 sessions in one of our confidential venues in Chichester, Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor or Crawley. 	Our passion and commitment

Everyone who comes to Lifecentre for help has been through the most profound of personal experiences. The very core of their humanity and physicality has been violated. Repairing and preventing the impact of this violation is our passion and commitment.

Our team of dedicated counsellors walk alongside men, women and children of all ages who have been raped or sexually abused. We offer face to face therapy, crisis intervention, and helpline support.
