I had a Black Dog
This is such a refreshing little book, full of cartoon pictures and hardly any text. The black dog is depression, of course. It is written out of the experience of the author in learning to live with depression, how to tame it and diminish it. It will make you laugh and it may encourage you. It has a great tendency to lift one's spirits. Recommended to counsellors and survivors and everyone who needs a tonic. |
