The Survivors Trust is a national umbrella agency for over 120 specialist voluntary sector agencies providing a range of counselling, therapeutic and support services working with women, men and children who are victims/survivors of rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse.
The Saturn Centre
The Saturn Centre in Crawley is one of 28 Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC) open in England & Wales and provides a range of services to anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted. Into The Light
Into the Light for men or women survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The organisation also runs training groups and seminars. The guiding philosophy of this group is that change and healing come through giving information, breaking isolation and sharing experience.

National Association for People Abused in Childhood. A national information line and postal service for people requiring advice and information about help to overcome the continuing impact ofchildhood abuse in adulthood. Support line 0800 085 3330. NAPAC offer a brilliant resource to help you find the nearest support group/counselling service in your area, found by typing in your postcode.
SVOX
A national organisation addressing issues that affect survivors of any form of violence and abuse, be that physical, emotional, sexual or spiritual experienced in childhood or adulthood.
PARCS
PARCS is an organisation based within Portsmouth City that work with persons who have been sexually violated at any time in their lives no matter how long ago.
First Person Plural
First Person Plural is a national survivor led organisation for dissociative survivors of abuse and trauma, their friends/family and interested professionals. Trauma & Abuse Group (TAG) is a study and support group for those working in the areas of trauma, abuse, dissociative disorders. TAG exists to provide information, support, training, encouragement and networking for professionals, carers, pastoral worker s and any who may have an interest with individuals who have suffered traumatic experiences and abuse in childhood
DABS Pathfinder
DABS Pathfinder is a signposting service that provides free support and information all over the UK and Republic of Ireland to anyone and any organisation regarding issues to do with childhood abuse, incest and rape.
Southampton Rape Crisis
Southampton Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Counselling Service - provides counselling, and support for survivors and carers.
Izzy's Promise
Izzy's Promise provides confidential support and information services to survivors of organised abuse and to agencies that work with survivors. The webiste allows other organisations and agencies to access their publications, share with them support practices and campaign against such abuse. Survivors can request access to the private message board where ritual abuse survivors can support each other.
RANS
RANS (Ritual Abuse Network Scotland) has a site that is an informative and useful resource for anyone connected with ritual abuse anywhere in the world, be they survivors, counsellors, or just a concerned friend. They are based in Dundee, Scotland but in todays global society they know they can help anyone, anywhere.
MACSAS
Ministers and Clergy Sexual Abuse Survivors offers support and information to women or men sexually abused by clergy or ministers as a child or as an adult. Helpline 0808 8010 0340.

Maytree Respite Centre
If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, or are concerned about someone who is, Maytree offers a short stay in a safe residential setting where you can talk, reflect and rest - and restore hope. Maytree is a place where you will be heard, respected and accepted, without judgement and in confidence. There is no charge for guests or referrers.
The first step is to contact them by phone (02072637070), or email. The second step is for an assessment to take place, either face to face or by phone. This is an essential step as Maytree isn't suitable for everyone, and it isn't a drop in centre. During your stay you are free to come and go as you please. Maximum stay is 4 nights, and you are unable to come back. During your time at Maytree they will offer help in arranging ongoing support once you have left. There is a strict no alcohol or drugs policy.
Maytree offers - A room of your own, with full use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden, Privacy when you need your own space, lots of time to talk, including one to one, to be heard and explore thoughts and feelings.
PODS
PODS (Positive Outcomes for Dissociative Survivors) works to make recovery from dissociative disorders a reality through training, informing and supporting. It works with survivors, partners, supporters and professionals.
PODS provides:
· information and awareness training days/workshops to inform and educate about the reality of living with and recovering from dissociation, trauma and sexual abuse, suitable both for dissociative survivors, their supporters and professionals such as counsellors and psychotherapists
· opportunities for survivors, partners and supporters to meet together and provide mutual support
· a weekly telephone helpline (6.00 pm to 8.00 pm on Tuesday evenings, but at other times messages can be left and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient slot)
· ongoing e-mail support
· resources such as an e-magazine called Multiple Parts, Information Booklets and Emergency DID Information cards
· signposting to other organisations

'Multiple Parts' - The PODS Newsletter
Multiple Parts is a free newsletter from PODS with a distribution three times a year, and is downloadable in pdf form from their website. It’s by survivors for survivors, but PODS also believe that therapists and other professionals will get a lot out of it as well. As well as articles and important information, you will also find details of upcoming training courses and workshops organised by PODS.
