The Hideout
The Hideout provides help, information and support for children and young people – whether you’re currently living with violence, you’ve experienced violence in the past or if you know someone else going through it and you’re looking for help and information. We’ve included lots of information to explain what domestic violence is, how it affects you and where you can go for more help.

Childline
Childline is the free helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call on 0800 1111 to talk about any problem- and counsellors are always there to help sort it out. The website has a huge amount of information on all sorts of subjects you may be worred about.

Child Watch
Support for children and men and women affected by dhildhood abuse. Tel helpline 01482 325 552.

Sexwise
Written in the form of a travel guide, this online publication provides information about your sexual well being, choices and rights. Click on the relevant links to find out more about the physical and sexual journeys you might experience. Helpline 0800 282930 7am to 12midnight daily.
